Terms & Conditions of technical Service

1. Technical Accord Acceptance

By accessing the Hexa Core Solutions platform, you are entering into a formal Technical Accord. Hexa Core Solutions provides professional IT orchestration services, and your use of these services constitutes absolute acceptance of these operational constraints. If you do not agree to the Hexa Core Solutions framework, you must cease all liaison activities with our technical terminal immediately.

2. Silo Authorization and Deployment

All services selected from the Hexa Core Solutions catalog are subject to technical availability and regional node constraints. Hexa Core Solutions reserves the right to re-route orchestration requests to alternative data centers to ensure peak throughput. Once a silo is authorized via the Hexa Core Solutions checkout terminal, node allocation sequences are initiated and cannot be reversed without a formal de-provisioning request.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Constraints

Hexa Core Solutions guarantees a 99.999% uptime for all Prime-tier technical silos. Maintenance sequences by Hexa Core Solutions are conducted in redundant cycles to ensure zero downtime. Hexa Core Solutions technical liability is limited to the restoration of silo logic and does not extend to secondary data losses arising from external Liaison mismanagement.

4. Liaison Responsibility Protocols

Liaisons are solely responsible for the security of their Hexa Core Solutions authentication credentials. Any unauthorized access to a Hexa Core Solutions technical silo resulting from credential leaks at the Liaison's terminal is the responsibility of the Liaison. Hexa Core Solutions recommends rotating access tokens every 30 terrestrial days.

5. Technical Intellectual Mesh

The design patterns, cognitive codebases, and technical imagery utilized within the Hexa Core Solutions grid are the exclusive intellectual property of Hexa Core Solutions. Unauthorized replication of Hexa Core Solutions architectural meshes is strictly prohibited. Hexa Core Solutions technical assets are legally verified for professional B2B use.

6. Billing and Credit Cycles

Hexa Core Solutions operates on a post-provisioning billing cycle for enterprise units. Institutional rates as displayed in the Hexa Core Solutions catalog are inclusive of core orchestration fees but exclude regional node taxes where applicable. Hexa Core Solutions utilizes verified payment gateways for all technical credit transfers.

7. Mandatory Communication Consent

As a mission-critical IT provider, Hexa Core Solutions requires persistent communication vectors. By using our contact terminal, you explicitly agree and authorise Hexa Core Solutions to call/send SMS/WhatsApp/RCS regarding service requests. This is a non-negotiable component of the Hexa Core Solutions operational lifecycle.

8. Force Majeure (Systemic Outage)

Hexa Core Solutions is not liable for service drift resulting from global internet backbone failures, geopolitical node lockdowns, or solar flare interference with SAT-COM linking orchestrated by Hexa Core Solutions.

9. Jurisdictional Priority

These terms are governed by the technical regulations of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes regarding Hexa Core Solutions orchestration shall be triaged via the Mumbai commercial courts.
